Welcome to Saigon Leather. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Saigon Leather (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 552-588 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Nhieu Loc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion fees, which are outside our control. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; natural leather varies in grain and tone, so slight differences from the images are normal and are not defects. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders, Payment & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
How cancellation works. Because every item is made to order, we do not begin production straight away. After your order is placed and paid, you first receive an automatic order confirmation email, followed by a separate production confirmation email. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time within 24 hours of receiving the production confirmation email. Once that 24-hour window closes, production begins and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded (personalised and engraved items are also covered by section 7).

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes. As the importer, you are responsible for any such charges levied by the customs authority of your country. We cannot predict these amounts; please check with your local customs office before ordering. Orders refused at customs or unclaimed may be returned to us, and refunds (if any) will exclude shipping and any incurred charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and return them at your own cost for a refund. This right does not apply to personalised, engraved or made-to-order items (see section 7).
7. Personalised & Engraved Items
Products that are personalised, engraved or made to your specifications are produced specifically for you and, unless faulty, cannot be returned or refunded. Please check your personalisation details carefully before ordering.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the item in line with your legal rights. This does not affect any mandatory statutory warranty that applies in your country.
9. Product Care
Leather is a natural material. Care guidance is provided in our Sizing & Care guide. Damage caused by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear is not covered.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of Saigon Leather and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saigon Leather is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs delays, or disruptions to communications or utilities.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and changes take effect when posted.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Vietnam, again without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights. EU consumers may also access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
