Shipping Policy

Every piece is handmade to order, so please allow time for our artisans to craft your item before it ships.

Order processing

• Order confirmation. After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review it to make sure everything is correct.
• Processing time. Our products are handmade with care. Orders are prepared within 7 to 21 days from the date of purchase.
• Custom orders. For custom or made-to-order items, processing time may vary and will be confirmed with you during ordering.

Delivery times

Once your item is finished, we ship it to your address. Transit time depends on the destination:

• Vietnam (domestic): 2 to 7 business days
• International: 5 to 14 business days

Shipping costs

• Free worldwide shipping on orders of $100 or more.
• Orders under $100 — Vietnam & United States: $4.95.
• Orders under $100 — all other countries: $4.99.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or damaged items

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll help resolve it.
