Every piece is handmade to order by our master artisans in Saigon, Vietnam. Please review our shipping policy, processing times, and delivery estimates below.
1. Order Cutoff & Processing Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 14:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders received after 14:00 PT or during weekends/public holidays begin processing on the following business day.
- Processing / Handling Time: 7 to 21 business days (Monday – Saturday). Because every shoe, belt, wallet, and bag is crafted to order—including hand-patina dyeing, edge finishing, and precision stitching—we dedicate rigorous care to each piece prior to dispatch.
- Personalized & Custom Orders: Bespoke sizing, custom patinas, or laser-engraved items follow the same 7 to 21 business day production schedule unless explicitly confirmed otherwise via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
Once crafting and quality control are completed, your package is securely packed and dispatched. Transit time begins when the courier accepts the shipment:

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with premier international couriers including DHL Express, FedEx, and VNPost International to ensure secure and timely worldwide delivery.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct Tracking Number and courier tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking scans to update online.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices and shipping fees displayed on Saigon-Leather.com do not include local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees that may be assessed by your country’s customs authority.
Payment of any customs duties or import taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Because tax rates vary substantially by territory, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order if you require specific duty assessments.
5. Address Corrections & Delivery Inquiries
Please double-check your shipping address and contact telephone number during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, notify us within 24 hours of ordering at [email protected]. Once an order has entered production or dispatched, address modifications cannot be guaranteed.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged or is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the packaging. We will file a formal courier claim and arrange a replacement or full refund without delay.
