• Order Tracking & Status: Because each item is meticulously handmade to order, crafting takes 7 to 21 business days. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation with your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.
• Response Time Commitment: Our concierge team reviews all customer messages and replies within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday).
• Customization & Engraving: If you are requesting bespoke patinas or laser engraving on an existing order, please state your Order Number directly in the subject line.
