The total price itemized on your checkout page—comprising the product cost plus any applicable standard shipping fee ($5.99 for orders under $100, or FREE for orders $100 and above)—is the final amount billed to your account.

6. Order Cancellations & Billing Inquiries

In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, you may cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time within 24 hours of receiving your production confirmation email. After the 24-hour window, artisan production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.
