If you’re not completely satisfied with your handmade leather piece, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return eligibility

• Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Item must be in its original packaging.
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to start a return

• Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
• Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include it with your returned item.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund is applied to the original payment method within 7 days.
• If rejected, we’ll email you an explanation.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, email [email protected] to start the process. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at [email protected]. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
