Returns & Refunds

Every Saigon Leather piece is handcrafted to enduring standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent, fair, and straightforward return and refund process compliant with global consumer protection standards.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return or exchange.

2. No Restocking Fee ($0.00)

We believe in honest customer care. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a standard return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, remaining in the pristine condition in which it was received.
  • All original packaging, leather dust bags, certificate of authenticity cards, and tags must be included and undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation number and purchaser email) must accompany the return request.

4. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

The party responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Store Fault): Saigon Leather assumes 100% responsibility. If your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or differing from your order specifications, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your shipping cost in full, and provide an immediate free replacement or 100% full refund.
  • Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, color choice, or sizing miscalculation, the customer is responsible for actual return shipping costs to our Vietnam atelier. Original shipping fees ($5.99 for orders under $100) are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions: Personalized & Custom-Crafted Items

Because bespoke pieces are made exclusively to individual specifications, personalized items, custom-measured footwear/apparel, and products with bespoke laser engravings or monogramming cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

Note: Personalized items remain 100% protected under our manufacturing warranty against craftsmanship or material defects.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Request: Email our support desk at [email protected] with your Order Number, item name, and reason for return. If the item is defective or damaged, please attach 2–3 clear photographs illustrating the issue.
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RA): Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and supply an authorized RA Number along with detailed packaging and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number clearly inside the parcel, and ship it using a tracked postal service or courier.

7. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Upon arrival at our atelier, returned items undergo thorough craftsmanship inspection within 2 business days.
  • Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Funds are automatically credited back to your original payment method (PayPal account or payment card) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
